In Haiti, the 13th month salary, is a form of additional income that employers provide their employees during the holiday season, typically in December.

Each month Apparent Project staff salary costs are just over $13,000. We have additional operating expenses in Haiti each month, but we are focusing on the extra $13,000 needed for AP Haiti staff salaries.
